Returns & Cancellations Policy

When you process a payment to us for a purchase, you accept our terms and conditions for returns.

We understand that sometimes your online purchase might not be quite right! If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will accept returns under these conditions and issue you with a store credit.

  • Please check over your order and try it on before removing any tags, labels or stickers. If you decide that you will be returning any items from your order, please fold it up and pop it back in the wrapping to keep it clean and safe from damage. 
  • Any items that were purchased with more than 30% discount from RRP are final sale and cannot be returned. 
  • Shipping costs are non refundable.
  • Undergarments and earrings cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
  • Please email us straight away if you notice a fault or damage to your items, we will treat this with priority.
  • Return postage is at your cost.
  • Online purchases can be returned in store following the same terms and conditions
  • You will be issued a store credit by way of a gift card to the value of items purchased excluding postage

All returns

    Please email hello@thevaultsurfandfashion.com.au to obtain a Return Authorization Number before you return your order.
    • must be within 14 days from the date of purchase. 
    • must include you Return Authorization Number, contact us first.
    • must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact (and not reattached). Washed, damaged or items with tags removed or reattached will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. 
    • should be sent via registered post, as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit.

    Exchanges

    Due to the fast turnover and limited quantities of our styles, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange, it is recommended to repurchase the correct item while your online store credit is being processed, to secure it before it sells out!

    Cancellations

    Refunds are not given for order cancellations. You will receive a store credit by way of electronic Gift Card. All order cancellations will incur a 3% restocking fee. This restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit, which will be sent to your original order email address as a Gift Card.
