Shipping

• Same day shipping for orders placed by 12pm.
• We charge a flat rate of $12.95 for standard shipping and $15.95 for express shipping for all orders and send via Australia Post. 
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following business day. 
• Sometimes during busy sale periods, orders may take a little longer to process, but we will endeavour to have your order packed and ready to go on the same day as order. 
• If we cannot fill your order due to it selling out in store, or we notice something wrong with the item when packing your order, we will notify you and refund you immediately. 
• If there is an extended delay on your order or in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we will notify you via the email address entered at checkout. 
• Most deliveries will arrive within 3 business days, however rural areas may take a little longer.
